Closing off the best year yet…
Its safe to say that 2025 was probably one of my best flying years, personally. I took a lot of time to look back and reflect on my own flying, slow down, and really enjoy quality vs quantity. It was the first year I did the least amount of jumps since I started, but found I “leveled up” the most. It was also the first year I really looked at the right people to get coaching from, that fit my style. Not just style in terms of flying, but in terms of a learning aspect. This really shifted the speed at which I learned.
The key to making things happen isn’t waiting for the perfect moment; It’s taking the leap and just investing in yourself and your OWN flying. 2025 costed me a lot of money financially, but I am a way better flier because of it.
FlyAngleTV didn’t have too many events this year, and even the smaller group coaching cooled off substantially. This was mostly my fault in not being on the ball for planning, and a few unfortunate circumstances throughout the season.
The year was really good overall though, we started 25 in Sebastian, at Invasion, ripping some fun boogie jumps, then off to DeLand for a few days for group jumps. Spring time rolled around, right in time for the annual FLY4LIFE Camps. Spring Warm-up was pinnacle in laying the framework for the year. I can’t stress enough just how good it was, getting current and BEING current before the season even started up north.
We Spent the Summer jumping regularly at Crosskeys, the Ranch, and Orange all up in the Northeast. The fall always ends great with the annual CK angle camp, which basically was a small group coaching weekend. Solid flying all around there. I closed out 2025 with visiting Zhills for Neil’s FlockME event, which was just an awesome time.
I plan to spend 2026 opening more doors for FlyAngleTV, and trying to curate and create new events.
Massive thanks to all the Coaches, sorry if I forgot any!
-Gilly, Jesse, Emma, CantFly, Paulie, Benwahhh, Kai Kai, Antonio, Reid and all else!
Cheers to 2025!
